Mikhail Khardikov, PhD
Cofounder, CEO
Mikhail grew up and graduated high school in the Czech Republic, got his degree and Phd in economics in 2009.
He started his career journey in 2005 as an Investor relations officer, since 2012 he was in charge of corporate finance and in 2014 he got appointed as CFO in one of the largest industrial companies - international holding En+ Group, leading its IPO on LSE in 2017. During his career he was gradually promoted to COO and CEO of En+ Group before leaving in 2024.
In his spare time Mikhail loves to travel and explore new cultures and opportunities. His quest for excellence led him to the establishment of Contrada Holding.
Bella Khardikova
Cofounder, COO
Bella got her law degree in 2013 and proceeded to work in various industries ranging from construction to entertainment. Bella has experience with many luxury brands and their VIP customer relations teams.
In 2019 she started working on urban planning standards and people-oriented approaches to services and city construction such as UNECE, UN Habitat, OECD, MIPIM and national ministries for urban development in countries like Japan, China, France and others.
As part of Contrada Capital Bella is responsible for marketing, client relationship and luxury brand development.
